It took me 20 minutes of breathing and courage to post this picture. Man....this picture needs to be plastered all over my house. Seriously! How in the world did I let this happen?Sigh....I'm off to spend some quality time with the treadmill. The sooner I get back to looking like this picture..THE BETTER!
