Pesto: Homemade from recipe in Betty Crocker's Cookbook 

Cheddar Cheese:  Marcoot Jersey Creamery (In CSA pickup last week with Maude's) 

Tomato: locally grown, purchased at Local Harvest 

Put all those ingredients together, grill it, and I promise you will never, EVER, go back to a boring grilled cheese.
